Welcome to https://www.venko.tech/, a web-hosted interface (the "Interface") provided by VENKO ("we," "our," or "us"). This Interface provides access to a decentralized protocol on various public blockchains, such as Solana, enabling users to interact with the VENKO ecosystem, including trading specific compatible digital assets (the "Protocol"). While this Interface is one means of accessing the Protocol, it is not the sole method. To utilize the Interface, you will require a non-custodial wallet to interact with the blockchain.

Your relationship with your non-custodial wallet provider is governed by that third party’s terms of service and is separate from this Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement").

This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing your access and use of the Interface. Please read this Agreement carefully. By accessing or using the Interface, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this entire Agreement. If you disagree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from accessing or using the Interface.

Modification of this Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at our discretion. If we make changes, you will be notified by the updated date at the top of this Agreement, and an updated version will be available on VENKO’s website. All modifications become effective upon posting, and your continued access or use of the Interface after posting implies your acceptance of the changes. If you disagree with the modified Agreement, you must stop accessing and using the Interface immediately.

Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract with us to access or use the Interface. You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction (e.g., 18 in the United States) and have the authority to agree to this Agreement. Additionally, you represent that you are not subject to sanctions or on any prohibited lists maintained by governmental authorities. Lastly, you confirm that your use of the Interface complies with all applicable laws and regulations and that you will not use the Interface for illegal activities.

Proprietary Rights

We retain full ownership of all intellectual property associated with the Interface, including (but not limited to) software, text, images, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, patents, and designs. Use of this intellectual property is governed by our copyright licenses and Trademark Guidelines.

Privacy

The Interface collects only your blockchain wallet address, completed transaction hashes, and token names and symbols. We do not collect personal information, such as your name. However, third-party service providers may collect personal information independently from publicly available sources, and we do not control how they handle such information. By using the Interface, you consent to our data practices.

Compliance and Tax Obligations

By accessing or using the Interface, you accept full responsibility for compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. The use of the Interface may result in tax obligations, such as capital gains tax or value-added tax. It is your responsibility to determine and remit any applicable taxes.

Assumption of Risk

By using the Interface, you acknowledge that digital asset markets are highly volatile, and smart contract-based transactions are final and irreversible. You accept full responsibility for the financial and technical risks associated with blockchain systems and cryptographic tokens. VENKO is not liable for any losses incurred through the use of the Interface, and you assume all risks associated with interacting with the Protocol.
